After signing up for an account with us, we will send in an email with a verifcation link to activate your account and log in. Click on to the link and your account is activated.
If you did not receive the activation email, please follow the steps below.

Step 3: Click on ‘Resend activation instructions’.
Alternatively, you can contact us, and we will resend the activation email for you.
If you forget to activate your account within x days from sign up, please follow the steps below.

After verifying your account with the verification code, you will be able to log into your account with A2E. Once log in, you are required to fill in your personal details and a default address to complete the set-up of your account. You can refer to here on how it can be done. For future update of your personal details, simply sign in to your A2E account and you will be able to update your personal information under ‘Profile’ tab.
At the bottom of your account page, click onto Address tab. Fill your address accordingly and click save. You can have more than 1 address in your account and choose one to be a default.

If you have forgotten your A2E password or it is not working for some reason, please follow the steps below:
- At the sign-in page, click on Forgot password?
- Enter the email address that you have registered for.
- Click on the “Reset password ” button.
We will send an email to allow your to reset your password and log into your account.

Shipping with A2E
Currently, we help our customers to ship their goods from Singapore to Vietnam and Vietnam to Singapore only. In the upcoming future, there will be more countries that we are servicing. A2E provides you with a personalized delivery address located in these two source countries overseas, allowing you to shop globally from international merchants.
Your purchases delivered to these personalized delivery addresses will then be shipped to Singapore/Vietnam and delivered to the address you indicated upon ‘Ship Action’.
For international shipping, shipping rate is calculated based on chargeable weight which is derived from the higher of volumetric weight and actual weight.
Q: What is volumetric weight?
A: Volumetric weight is the ‘volume’ a package occupies (example; the physical size of a package). Volumetric weight is calculated by the Length x Height x Width of a package and dividing the result with a volumetric factor of 5000.
Q: What is actual weight?
A: Actual physical weight of a package is its actual weight measured in kilograms.
In international shipping, how much space a package occupies (volumetric weight) in a cargo hold is as important as how much it weights (actual weight). Large packages, even if they are light, take up more space in an aircraft. This is why shipping companies take the volumetric weight into consideration.
If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, the volumetric weight will be the default chargeable weight.

Working days do not include Saturday or Sunday, both in Singapore or Vietnam and public holidays.
A2E does not guarantee the authenticity, genuineness or quality of the item. For your own safety, please purchase items from reputable merchants and sites. However, we do offer unboxing service upon receiving the package at our source warehouse where you will be able to see the conditions of package contents before making decisions to have them shipped to you. To opt for unboxing service, you can do so upon package creation in your account.

For A2E members, you can follow the steps displayed here to start shopping from overseas retailers/merchants and have them shipped to you hassle-free.
As A2E only provides the means for you to ship your packages to Singapore and Vietnam, you will have to liaise directly with your merchant for any refund, return, exchange or money-back guarantee policy and/or claims procedure of any such items. However, we do support to prepare return processing. Send us the return labels provided by your merchant and book for the pickup of the return package. We will prepare your return order and notify you once the merchant has picked up your return package from our source warehouse.
There is no minimum size for packages that you can ship via A2E However, each package minimum chargeable weight will be 0.5KG and each package maximum chargeable weight will be 30KG. Should you have packages weighing more than 30kg, do contact us for assistance
An email notification will be sent to your registered email once your package has been processed at A2E’s overseas warehouse. Do check your ‘Junk’ folder if the notification email has been filtered from your main inbox.
Once you are logged in to your A2E account, your dashboard will show you a total number of packages requiring your actions and a total number of pending payment packages. The breakdown of your packages is also shown below, according to each source country.
If your merchant has updated your package as delivered. Still, it has yet to appear in your account after * 2- 5 working days; please contact us and provide us with more details on your package (e.g. merchant invoice with tracking number, merchant name, etc.) to help us locate your items.

Payment
For shipments to Singapore, all declared values of goods, extra fees and freight charges are converted to Singapore Dollars.
The Goods and Service Tax (GST) is calculated based on the commercial value and shipping charges (CIF) of all packages in an invoice.
The current GST rate is at 9% of the total CIF.
To estimate the GST applicable for your invoice, simple sum up the cost of your products with the shipping cost and extra fee charges, if applicable, and multiply it by 9%.
GST Relief is granted for packages (excluding intoxicating liquors and tobacco products) imported via air freight that does not exceed S$400.
If the value exceeds S$400, the entire sum would be subjected to GST.
These extra fees cover Customs Processing, Duty and Taxed applied to the product. If your declared invoice and your package commercial value is authentic, there should not be extra fees imposed.
Other possible charges are, but not limited to, Customs GST and/or duty and License fee and any other applicable taxes and fees.
Storage Fee for processed item/ package: Once your item/package has been processed, A2E will notify you by email of the shipping charges payable for that package/item. There will be a storage charge applied per package per day for items that are held for more than 14 days from the processed date.
Unboxing Fee for Goods Check: If you would like the content of your package to be verified before shipping out, we offer unboxing service at a small fee
We has HitPay integrated witth our system that allows you to settle payment throught Paynow, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay and so forth. You can also opt to do bank transfer where the details is displayed within your account at the payment page.
A2E runs serveral promotions all year round, catering to our customers’ different seasons and needs.
If you entered a voucher code and it is not valid, please countercheck the entered voucher code for its terms an conditions of use. In addition, you may wish to contct us if there is any problem using any of the the valid voucher code(s).
If the seller delivers a package that arrives at our warehouse in conditions deemed unsuitable for shipping, you may incur additional repacking costs on that package. However, rest assured, we will ensure that you enjoy savings on your package even after considering the repacking fee

Package at A2E Warehouse
It depends on the size of your package. Storage fee is applied per package per day. The storage fees applied after 14 days of free storage as follows:
If your package(s) will take up more than 1 pallet (1cbm), please reach out to our Support team for storage fees quotations.
On the package details page, select the product categories that match your purchased item(s) for the package under the Item section as shown.
If none of the cateogies available match your item(s), you may select ‘Others’ and input your product description.
Please take note to input the value in correct currency of your declared package (must be in the origin destination where you shop). You can refer to the following video to declare packages on your own.
You may change the declaration anytime your package arrives at our warehouse and before package validation is made. Do take note once the package has been validated and paid for, you will not change your declaration.
A2E will not be liable for any losses incurred by customers due to wrong declarations of the package (s)
