Account Management:

Foster and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Proactively identify any delivery bottlenecks or challenges and recalibrate to maintain SLA
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Collaborate with our Sales team on growth opportunities.
