A2EShip Service User Guide

Register an account by filling in the required information including:

Full name
Email address
Choose where you want to receive your items
Set a password for your account

Email confirmation

After registration, A2EShip will send you an account confirmation email. Activate your account by clicking on the link in the email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Your ID code

Once your account is created, you will have your own ID code and overseas shopping address on the A2EShip system.

SingaporeID code starts with SIN

VietnamID code starts with SGN

What is an ID code?

Each A2EShip customer will be assigned a unique ID code (with letters and numbers for security) to use when shopping online internationally. This ID helps A2EShip manage your packages more conveniently!

Update personal information

Account nickname (optional)
Contact phone number
Type of ID document and last 4 digits of ID document
Your delivery address

(i) You create the package

Log in to your account and click ‘Create new order’

Fill in the required information in the system as follows:

Order tracking number – see on purchase invoice or provided on shopping website
Information about the international shop you purchased from
Choose whether to open the package for inspection
Choose to declare the order value or upload the package invoice to the system

(ii) A2E team creates the package for you

Use the ID code in your A2EShip account and A2E’s overseas warehouse address for shipping information when you shop online internationally. The A2E team will create an order for you based on your ID code when the goods are delivered to the warehouse.

You will be notified when the goods are received at A2E’s warehouse and asked to log in to your A2E account to perform the next steps for the package.

Personal items

If you want to use A2EShip service to ship personal items, not packages purchased online, you just need to write your ID code on the personal package and send it to A2E warehouse. The A2E team will create a code for the package and create the package for you in the system.

Packages received at A2EShip overseas warehouse

You will be notified when your package(s) arrive at A2EShip’s overseas warehouse. The A2E team will update the details of your package(s) which you can check in your account and perform the next steps.

Note:– If the seller’s delivery status is ‘Delivered’, please wait 1-2 working days for the A2EShip team to verify and display on the A2E system
– A2EShip will not be legally responsible for any package that the seller claims has been delivered but is not at the A2E warehouse if there is no proof of receipt proving that the goods have been successfully delivered to the A2E warehouse

Order declaration

You can declare your order in 2 ways: (i) Provide the purchase invoice to the system or (ii) declare the value of each item in your package under ‘Order details’.

Please ensure you enter the correct information and value of the package so that Customs declaration is accurate and your goods are not held. Any package found to have incorrect information declared, the shipping process will be affected and A2EShip will not be responsible for late delivery or confiscation by Customs.

Choose shipping method

You can choose the shipping method from the overseas warehouse after your package is delivered to A2E’s overseas warehouse. In this step, you need to choose:

Whether the goods are shipped by sea or air
Whether the goods are delivered to the address you request or will be picked up at the A2E warehouse in Vietnam
Shipping fees and shipping time for each method are clearly displayed in the system for your review

Package payment

You can pay via HITPAY available in the system or transfer to a bank account for A2EShip. To easily verify the payment method via transfer, please note to include the information generated by the A2EShip system in the invoice section in the transfer information and update the image proving successful transfer.

E-wallets

ApplePay, PayNOW

If you have trouble handling packages or making payments in the A2E system, please contact us immediately via hotline (0919222206) or [email protected] for the fastest reception and processing.

You will be notified when your package arrives at A2E’s domestic warehouse and information about domestic delivery to your requested address.

A2EShip offers you 2 options to receive goods domestically:

Home delivery

You can have multiple domestic delivery addresses in your A2E account and choose where to receive each of your packages.

Warehouse pickup

You can pick up your goods at A2E’s domestic warehouse. Please provide the package code and the last 4 digits of your ID document when picking up at the warehouse.
